The present administrative committee of Aranmula Grama Panchayat is committed to fulfilling the noble objective of ensuring that the services provided to the public are delivered with maximum speed, efficiency, and complete transparency.
We must strive to achieve the great goal of attaining national progress through the creation of an empowered and rights-conscious citizen community. This Citizen Charter is intended to serve as a guiding framework for strengthening and making more effective the right of every citizen to know, thereby ensuring that corruption is eliminated from the administrative and service delivery sectors and that social justice and time-bound public services are provided to the maximum extent possible and without undue delay.
With the sincere hope that this Citizen Charter will serve as an effective guideline towards achieving these objectives, the Aranmula Grama Panchayat respectfully presents this Citizen Charter before the general public.
