Scheme Overview
Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (VB-G RAM G) is a scheme that guarantees 125 days of employment to rural households in a financial year.
Along with increasing rural employment opportunities, the scheme gives priority to water conservation, natural resource conservation, afforestation, agricultural development, rural infrastructure development, and activities aimed at building resilience against climate change.

Major facilities available under the scheme
125 Days of Employment
Guarantees 125 days of employment to rural households during a financial year.
Direct Wage Payment
Daily wages are directly transferred to the beneficiary's bank or post office account through DBT.
Rozgar Guarantee Card
Registered eligible households are provided with a Grameen Rozgar Guarantee Card.
Agricultural Break
A 60-day break is provided during the sowing and harvesting periods.
Digital Monitoring
Transparent monitoring through digital systems such as biometric attendance, e-Muster, MIS, and GPS.
Environmental Conservation
Priority is given to water conservation, afforestation, natural resource conservation, and agricultural development activities.

Who Is Eligible?
Persons who can register under the scheme
Rural Household Members Aged 18 Years and Above
Household members aged 18 years and above who reside in rural areas and are willing to undertake unskilled manual work can register under the scheme.

How to Get Employment
Steps from submitting an application to getting employment
Submit an Employment Application
Employment applications can be submitted directly to the Grama Panchayat or through digital systems.
Employment Within 15 Days
Employment must be provided within 15 days of receiving the application.
Employment Near the Place of Residence
As far as possible, employment will be provided within the applicant's own ward or within a radius of 5 kilometres.
Priority for Women
Priority is given to women, and at least one-third of the total beneficiaries will be women.
